This is the quilt I have made from blocks Wonky Square Eye Spy blocks collected in 2011 and 2012. As you can see I added some rainbow charms to the sides to widen the top.

There are a couple more blocks that weren't included in this quilt and I plan to make cushions with them.....
I quilted it with a FMQ swirl all over ...
... can see them easier and get an idea of size of the swirls from this picture on the back...
.. what do you think of this fun backing... an almost new doona (duvet) cover I found in the op shop, which I also used in the binding

Its such fun Fiona and some of those names are blasts from the past.....
I love the backing, it just goes to show you dont need to spend big dollars on quilt backing, how clever of you to think of this.
