Membership is FREE and you are partnered each month and we make each other a 12 inch quilt block based on our preferences which we swap. (12.5 inches raw edge to raw edge) The emphasis of the group is on friendship and sharing. Deb from Queensland is my partner this month and her request was any star in purples or violets. Rummaging through my stash I realised that I really dont have a lot of purple, but I did find enough to do this for Deb.

I challenged myself and made a star that was a little more difficult and I am really pleased with how it turned out. I hope Deb thinks so too
