In our home we have a 'purple-lover' so when I heard that my December swap partner wanted .....

this Pinwheel block in different shades of purple,

my daughter ran to get the purple fabrics!

And with owning several shades of purple we were able to make so many different combinations,

and since we could not decide between the two blocks.....
