Hello and thank you for visiting. This is a community group for all Australian quilters to join or just follow. Membership is FREE and you are partnered each month and we make each other a 12 inch quilt block based on our preferences which we swap. (12.5 inches raw edge to raw edge) The emphasis of the group is on friendship and sharing. Welcome back and old friend + some lovely blocks

I am so excited to welcome back to QBSA with open arms our lovely Crafty Pugs. Many of you would know and swapped with Crafty as she was not only one of our very first members but was also the first lady to take over the reins of the Christmas group from me.

Secondly I am proud to show off some lovely blocks.  These were  made for Maria by new member Carolyn


Another new member Christie Leigh made this pretty block for Jessisca, both ladies are in our beginners group and poor Christie Leigh was devastated when the block measured 1/2 inch too small.  Jessisca said that she didn't mind, but Christie will make another and send both blocks to her.
What lovely members we have to do this.
